Meg's Boudoir Session & Experience // Rochester, NY Boudoir Photographer

It was such a treasure meeting Megan, I really left that photoshoot feeling like I made a new friend! Her passion for animals might have something to do with that. I’m so proud of her for taking the leap and deciding to do boudoir for herself, and only herself. Check out the hilarious and ADORABLE photos of her eating a bag of Tostitos. She’s my spirit animal.

1. What made you choose Megan Antalek Boudoir?
-I saw a photo and review on Instagram and instantly followed the page! I hadn’t had any previous interest in doing something like this but after seeing her work and all of the reviews, I knew I had to try it!

2. If you were nervous before your session, what were you most nervous about?
-I was nervous about not looking good! I have always struggled with accepting my appearances, and I felt nervous about not having enough good angles.

3. What was your favorite part of the entire experience?
-The actual photo shoot was the best experience. Megan is such a positive hyped person there is absolutely no way you could have a bad experience with her as the photographer.

4. How do you feel now that you've completed your session?
-I feel awesome and I cannot wait to plan another shoot with Megan! I already have so many ideas.

5. Was this session for you, or a present for a significant other?
-ME!

6. If you had to give advice to women who are on the fence about doing a boudoir session, what would you say?
-Do it! You don’t even need to be sexual/risqué with your shoot! My favorite pictures of mine are completely covered eating a bag of Tostitos! Megan is so fun and she makes you feel so open and comfortable.

7. Do you think your self confidence has changed since your session?
-I definitely believe it has increased since my session! Not that the opinions of others is everything, but after the feedback I received from some of my pictures on social media and friends, I definitely have been a lot nicer to myself. When I’m having a particularly bad moment I will open my photo app and remind myself how cute I am!
